By downloading, installing, or using any TrustDesk application or visiting trustdesk.in ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our applications or website.

2. License to Use

TrustDesk grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to download and use TrustDesk applications for personal and commercial business purposes. This license is subject to the following conditions:

• You may not redistribute TrustDesk applications under a different name or brand.
• You may not sell or sublicense TrustDesk applications.
• You may not reverse-engineer the applications for the purpose of creating competing products.
• You may use the applications freely for your own business operations without restriction.

3. Free of Charge

TrustDesk applications are provided free of charge with no time limits, feature restrictions, or subscription requirements. There is no paid version. Any site claiming to sell TrustDesk software is not affiliated with us.

4. Your Data and Responsibility

All data you create within TrustDesk applications is stored exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your data
• The security of your device and admin password
• The accuracy and legality of data you enter
• Compliance with any applicable local laws regarding business record-keeping

TrustDesk cannot access your data, recover your password, or restore lost data. There is no cloud account associated with your use of TrustDesk.

5. No Warranties

TrustDesk applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.

While we strive for stability and accuracy, we strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of any business-critical data stored in TrustDesk applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustDesk and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, including loss of business data.
